Swedish Massage

A hands-on, full-body massage with medium pressure. Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
60 minutes: $90; 90 minutes: $120
A firm-pressure therapeutic massage. Helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation, and tissue damage. Great for anyone with soft tissue problems that produce discomfort or pain.

MLD utilizes gentle, light pressure to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes, promoting faster healing pre and/or post op surgery. A therapeutic massage that includes stretching and compression techniques. Rehabilitates soft tissue dysfunction that can result from physical labor, lifting weights, or sports-related injuries. Promotes flexibility, reduces swelling, relieves muscle tension, and alleviates muscle fatigue.

We will come to your office location at your convenience and provide employee massages on site. A minimum of 2 hours.
Spa Parties
Spa parties are available for groups of 4 or more at requested locations. 2 hours minimum with deposit. Spa parties can include mani & pedi if needed.
We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hrs are subject to 50% payment of service scheduled. If you are "no call no show", your card on file will be charged full price for missed services. Payment is required before scheduling another appointment.
